How to see who doesn’t follow you back on Instagram
- In Instagram, go to Settings, then Accounts Center, then Your information and permissions, then Export your information.
- Select Create export, choose your profile, then Export to device.
- Choose only your followers and following, set the date range to all time and the format to JSON, then select Start export.
- Instagram emails you and notifies you in the app when the export is ready. Download the ZIP within four days.
- Open the ZIP in the checker above. It lists every account you follow that doesn’t follow you back.
Who unfollowed you on Instagram
Instagram keeps no list of who unfollowed you. Anyone who unfollowed you while you still follow them shows up among the accounts that don’t follow you back.
To catch unfollows as they happen, export again later and check again: the new names on the list are the people who left.
Your export stays on your device
The export is Instagram’s own copy of your followers and the accounts you follow. The checker reads it in your browser, so it needs no password or sign-in, and nothing is sent to Oneirosea or anyone else.
